I took two friends from Canada camping in Whitesands and we had a wonderful time. We camped at Lleithyr farm where we greatly enjoyed the hot pain au chocolat in the morning and the relaxed and friendly attitude of the people there. The shop is also well stocked in case you forget anything or want to buy a lovely postcard or souvenier to send away I asked for some recommendations via email about horse riding and so on and received a very prompt and kind reply full of all kinds of information. We took up two of the recommendations St Davids Trekking Centre very close by for a lovely pony trek through the valley and past St Davids Cathedral and a boat trip around Ramsey Island with an exceptional guide and skipper from Thousand Islands Expeditions Brilliant. We also enjoyed walking along the coast path and I look forward to visiting again and surfing at Whitesands or Newgale. Lovely friendly people and a great dinner at the Farmers Arms pub in St Davids. A five star break.
